Who our client is:
Our client specializes in providing self-employed individuals and small businesses with a comprehensive and competitive alternative to the state health insurance marketplace. Their commitment to honesty and transparency sets them apart from other companies in the industry that sell inadequate plans, leaving policyholders vulnerable to large out-of-pocket expenses. Together, we are searching for an Inside Sales Specialist to join their team at their Old Bridge, NJ location.

Responsibilities:

• Guid employees through the core benefits enrollment process, providing clear overviews of health insurance, ancillary benefits, voluntary benefits, and flexible benefits.
• Collaborate with HR teams to provide feedback and assist in planning and executing open enrollment strategies, ensuring successful outcomes for each enrollment period.
• Act as the main point of contact for employees during core benefits enrollment, addressing questions and resolving any concerns.
• Proactively follow up with employees who have not yet completed their enrollment to ensure participation and compliance.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Health Insurance Sales.
• Strong understanding of health, dental, vision, and voluntary benefit products.
• Energetic, personable, and professional demeanor with outstanding communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Compensation: $60k based on experience.
