Who our client is:
A leading global manufacturer for the beauty industry. Their century of industry expertise, expansive product portfolio, and 12 strategically located manufacturing facilities across North America, Europe, South America, and Asia allow us to deliver unparalleled end-to-end solutions on a global scale. Together we a searching for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on-site at their Saddle Brook, NJ location. HYBRID SCHEDULE- 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
Requirements:            

• Verify support for invoices (purchase order, packing slip, discount, and approval/signature).
• Process vendor invoices for timely and accurate coding and payment.
• Research and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Assist the Purchasing department in researching problems with invoices and purchase orders.

  
Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience with a computerized A/P system.
• Must be able to read and understand written instructions.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.

Compensation:  $60k-$65k based on experience.
