Who our client is:

 A Podiatry Practice that provides the highest level of foot and ankle care to patients of all ages. Our client believes that early intervention, prompt diagnosis, careful prevention, and effective treatment are the essential tools used in caring for and treating your feet. They utilize state-of-the-art digital x-ray and ultrasound systems to aid in their diagnoses, and they provide their patients with a full range of Podiatric medical treatment. Together, we are searching for a Business Operations Manager to join their team at their Fort Myers, FL location.

Requirements:            

• Managing all in-house billing processes, including reviewing and submitting claims, and handling claim denials.
• HR-related duties - include approving PTO, assisting with payroll using Paymaster software, and ensuring annual compliance with training modules.
• Oversee the daily operations of the medical office, ensuring efficiency and organization.
• Coordinate patient scheduling, check-in, and check-out procedures.

  
Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in medical billing.
• Familiar with the software systems, Dr. Krono, and TriZetto.
• Proficient in Excel.

Compensation: $65K-$75k based on experience.
