Who our client is:
A leading global manufacturer for the beauty industry. Their century of industry expertise, expansive product portfolio, and 12 strategically located manufacturing facilities across North America, Europe, South America, and Asia allow us to deliver unparalleled end-to-end solutions on a global scale. Together we a searching for an FP&A and Treasury Analyst to join their team on-site at their Saddle Brook, NJ location. HYBRID SCHEDULE 3 days in the office- 2 days working from home.

Requirements:            

• Assist in the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Monitor daily cash positions, prepare and update the 13-week rolling cash flow forecast every week, incorporating data from various business units and departments.
• Support the assessment and management of financial risks, including interest rate risk, foreign exchange risk, and credit risk.
• Work closely with other departments, including accounting, operations, and sales, to gather information and provide financial insights.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, CTP) is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, treasury management, or a related finance role.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, financial planning software (specifically Onestream or HFM).
