Who our client is:
For nearly three decades, our client has been a trusted name in Wilmington, NC, and the surrounding areas, offering high-quality glass products and services to homes and businesses across the region. Specializing in the fabrication and installation of storefronts, shower enclosures, custom mirrors, and glass replacements, they are committed to delivering precision, beauty, and functionality in every project they undertake. Together we are searching for a Project Coordinator to join their team in Wilmington, NC on a full-time basis.

Requirements: 

• Coordinate submittals, including reviewing documents for completeness and accuracy, tracking approvals, and ensuring timely submission to stakeholders.
• Order materials and equipment, including identifying necessary items, obtaining quotes, tracking delivery, and ensuring proper installation.
• Schedule and coordinate activities with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management in the construction industry.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  
Compensation, Benefits, Perks:

Compensation: $25/hr. - $27/hr. based on experience.
Benefits:
