An international manufacturer and technology leader with decades of experience providing innovative infrastructure solutions for customers in the energy, telecom, defense, transportation, and other industrial markets. Its solutions protect mission-critical applications and ensure the best possible system availability.
The company’s product portfolio includes lightning and surge protection technologies, structured cabling and connectivity solutions, power management systems, custom enclosures, cabinets, and wireless network concealments. Together we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team full-time, in-person at their North Charleston, SC location.

Requirements:

• Create product assembly work instructions and processing instructions and provide support for electrical integration and final assembly.
• Troubleshoot problems with failed products, products, or systems participate in the resolution of quality issues and drive associated improvements.
• Works with Quality Manager to ensure and maintain compliance with safety, operational, and regulatory standards of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management (EMS), and Occupational Health & Safety Association (OHSA).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering Or 5-10 years of manufacturing experience in related field.  
• Three to five years of ‘Solidworks or Inventor’ experience CAD and 2D drafting experience.  
• Experience working in final electrical/mechanical assembly operations.
• ISO 9001 experience with process documentation and system audits. 

Compensation, Benefits, Perks:
Compensation: $70k - $80k based on experience.
