With over 8,000 apartments under their care, valued at more than one billion dollars, they offer unparalleled professional management services. Together we are searching for a Risk Manager to join their team on a full-time basis at their Pleasantville, NJ location.
  
Requirements:

• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards, vulnerabilities, and liabilities. Evaluate existing risk controls and recommend improvements.
• Ensure company operations adhere to federal, state, and local regulations. Develop, implement, and maintain risk management policies and procedures. Collaborate with legal counsel to manage contractual risks.
• Oversee the procurement and renewal of insurance policies, including property, liability, and workers’ compensation. Manage insurance claims, ensuring timely reporting, resolution, and documentation.

  
Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years in risk management, preferably in property management or real Estate.
• Strong knowledge of risk management principles, insurance, and compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in risk management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  
Compensation, Benefits, Perks:
Compensation: $90k-$120k based on experience.
