With over 8,000 apartments under their care, valued at more than one billion dollars, they offer unparalleled professional management services. Together we are searching for a Regional Manager to join their team on a full-time basis at their Philadelphia/New Jersey location.

Requirements:

• The Regional Manager is responsible for all actions, which involve or influence the properties being supervised.
• To verify by means of periodic formal examination and reporting compliance with all company and/or regulatory agency policies and procedures.
• The Regional Manager will advise the company president of new construction activity and supply reports of proposed management changes.

                                         
Qualifications:

• Real Estate Sales or Associate Brokers License (as required by the State).
• Experience in budget preparations and analyzing reports, marketing, and human resource management if preferred.
• Proficient in Real Page Onesite.
• A valid driving license and current automobile insurance are required.

  
Compensation, Benefits, and Perks:
Compensation: $110k based on experience.
