our client is growing their Accounting and Finance team- they are looking to add a Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager.  The primary focus would be month end reporting and financial statement preparation. This can be a Part Time, flexible role with a compensation on $75k based on experience.

Requirements:

• Create monthly income statements and balance sheet preparation, journal entries and month-end closes.
• Create billing spreadsheets to be imported into prepared Excel templates and sent to customers for pre-billing and PO preparation.
• Process completed files into the customer billing portal for final billing preparation.
• Processing weekly payroll, vacation, sick, and overtime hours and updating respective sick time and holiday time into a shared Excel spreadsheet.
• Preparing weekly reports for the Executive Management and Board of Directors by reporting data from Enterprise Software for orders reports, accounts payable, and cash flow reports.

  
Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an Accounting Manager, or related field.
• Must be proficient in Excel, and computer savvy.
