The Wilner Group has partnered with a multigenerational accounting firm that handles audit, tax and advisory services in the business community. With the most cutting-edge technology and office facilities they serve a wide range of clients throughout the U.S. and in Europe.
  
Together we are searching for a Tax Director/Principal with CPA or EA to join their team at their Hamilton, NJ location. This is a full-time position offering a remote schedule with the ability to go to the office once a month. The compensation for this position is $ 140k-200k based on experience.
  
Requirements:

• Be a technical and consultative tax resource to all professionals in the firm.
• Keep up technically and disseminate information to tax professionals and the remainder of the firm as appropriate.
• Provide advice relating to a variety of corporate tax structure needs within our client base.
• Consult with other professionals within the firm on technical tax matters.
• Assist all client service teams as needed (i.e. manager-level review of files, participating as a subject matter expert, etc.)
• Write articles and newsletters to disseminate tax law changes and issues to clients and prospective clients.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a JD degree and an LLM is preferred.
• Have deep and wide-ranging technical tax advisory skills covering a variety of areas.
• Must possess proficient computer skills, with particular skills in building financial models.
• Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
