The Wilner Group has partnered with a mid-sized law firm with several locations across NJ for a Receptionist to join their team. Our client has an outstanding reputation in a very challenging and emotional area of law and is a trusted adviser during a stressful and vulnerable time for their clients. This is an on-site, full-time position at their Northern, NJ location with a $45k- $50k compensation based on experience.
  
Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls to the firm and from team members.
• Route calls to specific people as well as taking and relaying messages when appropriate.
• Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
• Call people waiting for visitors and book them a room to meet in.
• Schedule meetings and conference rooms.
• Coordinate mail/Lawyer Service/Fed Ex flow in and out of the office.
• Handel and deliveries that come into the office and distribute accordingly.
• Arrange appointments, and update calendars as needed.
• Perform basic filing and clerical duties.

  
Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma.
• 6 + months or more of administrative office experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Physical Requirements: Capable of performing standard office tasks and occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Demonstrates required skills; adapts to new technologies; troubleshoots technological problems; uses technology to increase productivity; keeps technical skills up to date.
• Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; responds promptly to customer needs; solicits customer feedback to improve service.
