We are searching for a Legal Generalist to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis at their Jersey City location. Our client offers a great benefits package including medical insurance, dental insurance, 401K and more! Compensation $60k-$65k based on experience.
  
Responsibilities:

• Dealing directly with clients and advisors on requests for documents.
• Assist with estate administration issues; assist on estate planning matters, including the preparation of various needed forms, such as insurance and retirement forms, deeds, etc.
• Document and file management.
• Prepare and assemble complex client planning and other packages.
• Assist with estate/fiduciary litigation projects (traditional litigation skills).

  
Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of law firm experience.
• Strong follow-up and follow-through skills.
• Excellent organization, writing, time management, proofreading, and computer skills.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
