We are searching for a Payroll Specialist to join their team at their East Windsor, NJ location. They offer outstanding benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and more! Salary is up to $80k-$82k based on experience.

  
Requirements:

• Prepare and process weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for multiple entities and states
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and irregularities
• Assisted in the development and maintenance of payroll procedures.
• Maintain employee leave balances, benefit payroll deductions, 3rd party sick pay and garnishments
• Assist in developing, maintaining, and distributing payroll reports as required, Such as; taxes, payroll registers, GL, overtime, leave balances, and retirement contribution reports.

  
Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of Federal and State wage and hour laws including payroll, taxes, withholding, deductions, and garnishment
• Hands-on experience in payroll and/or HR environment
• Proficient with payroll systems, Paylocity preferred.
