The Wilner group has teamed up with a property management firm, this company oversees properties across the northeastern region. Together we are looking for a Community Manager to join their team at their Pleasantville NJ location. This is a full-time, on-site position, with a compensation of $55k-$62k based on experience.
  
Requirements:

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media platforms and other channels.
• Create and manage content for social media platforms, blogs, and other communication channels.
• Plan and execute events and activities to engage the community.
• Analyze community engagement metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.

  
Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• 5 years of property management experience required.
• Affordable Housing / Tax Credit .
• Must have Section 8 experience and affordable housing certifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience with social media platforms, content creation, and community engagement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
