The Wilner Group has teamed up with our client a boutique law firm with a strong reputation for actively and effectively obtaining positive results for their clients – in the Patent and Trademark arena. This is an on-site, full-time position located in Cranford, NJ. The compensation for this position is $70k - $75k based on experience.
  
Requirements:

• Knowledge of the patent prosecution procedures in the United States.
• Very strong communication and people skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and accurately.
• Ability to create and produce training materials.
• Excellent computer and organizational skills.
• Able to work in a team environment.

  
Qualifications:

• A minimum of three years’ experience working in patent prosecution in either a secretarial or paralegal capacity.
• Strong technical skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and IP Software.
• Ability to work overtime from time to time when needed.
• College degree preferred but not required.
