The Wilner group has partnered with our client, a family-owned and operated ramp manufacturing and installation company that has a passion for helping those in need, in the search for a Human Resources Manager to join their team. In this role, you will have a wide array of HR-related responsibilities, strongly emphasizing recruiting. Based out of Valley Cottage, NY, this is an on-site position, with a compensation of $125K – $175K based on experience. Our client also offers a great benefits package including vision, dental, and medical plans, matching 401(k), life insurance, short-term/long-term disability insurance, and more!
  
Responsibilities:

• Recruitment, candidate selection, and the onboarding process.
• Managing a company’s candidate evaluation process.
• Ensuring that a company’s procedures comply with employment regulations.
• Monitoring various aspects of an employee’s performance, such as attendance and sick leave.
• Accessing the need for training and designing and implementing training programs Accordingly.

  
Qualifications:

• 3-7+ years in Human Resources.
• SHRM certification preferred.
• Proven ability to recruit successfully using all major recruiting platforms – LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Excellent communication skills, including listening and effectively verbalizing ideas.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate staff.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Outlook/Word/Excel).
