Together we are searching for a Paralegal for their Newark, NJ location. The candidate would be working with two/three attorneys. This position is predominantly with Land Use however, Landlord/Tenant work is also going to be involved. Salary of $70K-$75K
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of land use, dealing with planning and zoning departments.
• Excellent organizational skills as there are many forms and checklists involved.
• Prepare notices to run in newspapers and serve property owners.
• Calendaring all pertinent dates for hearings before the planning and zoning boards.

Qualifications:

• Use and knowledge of eCourts is required for the Landlord/Tenant portion.
• Ability to open new files and some administration work.
• Eagerness to learn procedures and plan for the next steps.
