The Role
This is a genuine senior position — not a stepping stone, not a gap-fill. You'll be the driving force in a brigade of 8-10, running services, mentoring younger cooks, and collaborating on menu direction. There's a clear pathway to Head Chef for the right person.
The kitchen is evolving. We're moving toward a tighter, more refined pub menu — pasta, burgers, steaks, with some Asian influence retained where it earns its place. We want someone who brings their own ideas to the table and isn't afraid to use them.
