About the Role
As Head Chef, you'll take ownership of the kitchen and lead from the front. You'll manage daily service, team performance and food consistency, while driving wage control, GP targets and operational standards.
This is a practical, floor-based leadership role, not an office job. You'll be visible in service, mentoring your team and setting the tone for standards and culture.
