Open Pantry Consulting is excited to be partnering with one of Adelaide’s most dynamic brewpubs to find a talented Duty Manager. This is an opportunity to join a vibrant venue that combines great beer, food, and atmosphere with a  focus on people and culture.
  
What you’ll be doing:

• Leading from the front to deliver an outstanding guest experience
• Coaching and developing a passionate FOH team
• Driving positive culture and smooth daily operations
• Managing costs, rostering, and compliance with confidence
• Bringing fresh ideas to elevate service and the overall atmosphere

  
What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a similar hospitality leadership role
• Strong people leadership skills — you know how to get the best from your team
• Passion for great beer, food, and creating memorable guest  experiences
• Calm under pressure and able to thrive in a busy, high-volume venue
