Open Pantry Co. is very excited to be working with Banana Boogie Bakery to find the next great people to join their award-winning team. Known for their pies, vanilla slices, and freshly baked goods, Banana Boogie is all about great food and even better service.
 
We have opportunities for both casual (18-24 hours per week) and full-time roles for the right people.
 
What you'll be doing:

• Greeting customers and taking orders with a big smile
• Serving coffee, cakes, pies, and those famous vanilla slices
• Operating the till and handling payments
• Keeping the front of house clean, organised, and welcoming
• Working as part of a fun, supportive team

What we're looking for:

• Barista/coffee-making experience is highly regarded
• Previous hospitality or retail experience is a bonus (attitude matters most!)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Availability for shifts across weekdays and weekends
• Reliability, punctuality, and team spirit
