Open Pantry Consulting is excited to partner with the Isme team to recruit for this pivotal role at the beginning of their journey. 
 
Isme has reimagined itself in Thornbury, building on its legacy in Fitzroy to create an inviting venue that reflects the vibrant spirit of downtown Beirut.

Under the guidance of Joseph Rahme, Isme promises a culinary journey with meticulously crafted Lebanese and Middle Eastern dishes served in an atmosphere of rustic elegance. This new iteration of Isme, located at a strategic corner site next to Juju’s Deli, features a design focused on raw, sand-coloured materials and an open fire pit, which adds a lively flair to the dining experience.
 
What We Offer:

• A competitive base salary within the range of $80,000 - $85,000 per year, plus the opportunity to be part of a unique dining concept.

• Manage daily operations at a 60-seat venue and has achieved great sales since opening.
• Extend operating hours and introduce new meal services, managing the transition effectively.
• Supervise and support a head chef and culinary team, ensuring top-quality food and service.
• Oversee full bar operations and adjust the mix of food and beverage sales as necessary.
