About the Company
Our client is a globally recognised FMCG brand with a strong presence in the Australian market. Known for premium products and exceptional service, they are expanding their operations and seeking a Site Pallet Controller to support the Supply Chain team at their Campbelltown plant. This is a temp-to-perm role with great long-term potential.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily pallet/equipment movements (CHEP & Loscam)
• Conduct weekly counts and monthly stocktakes (onsite & in transit)
• Monitor and report on crate pool data
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies quickly
• Communicate with DCs, carriers, and suppliers
• Manage dockets in CHEP/Loscam portals; follow up on errors
• Maintain accurate document filing (scanning & archiving)
• Support month-end reconciliations and scheduled reporting
• Follow up on inbound pallet returns from customers and carriers

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or a similar supply chain role
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and self-motivated
