Role Overview:
 
As the Senior HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting HR operations at this Global FMCG leader. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will provide comprehensive HR support with a focus on administrative tasks, recruitment, training, payroll coordination, and compliance. This role will involve managing HRIS and ATS databases, assisting with employee engagement initiatives, and proactively identifying areas for process improvement.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• HRIS & ATS Management: Maintain and analyse HRIS and ATS databases, including regular reporting.
• HR Record Management: Oversee employee files and HR records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Policy & Procedure Updates: Assist in updating company policies and procedures in line with current legislation.
• Employee Engagement: Support the execution of HR initiatives and employee engagement programs.
• Recruitment & Selection: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, phone screenings, interviews, and onboarding
• Event Planning: Organize HR-related events such as workplace celebrations, training programs, and workshops.
• Training Coordination: Manage training records, calendars, and coordination of training programs.
• Payroll Coordination: Act as the liaison for outsourced payroll services and assist with payroll reporting.
• OHS Management: Assist with workplace safety policies, injury management, and workers' compensation.
• Global HR Projects: Contribute to global HR initiatives as needed.
• HR Queries: Address HR-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Compliance & Confidentiality: Ensure adherence to legislative and company policies and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Required Skills & Experience:

• HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR fundamentals, Fair Work legislation, and OHS regulations.
• HR Systems: Proficient in MS Office and experienced in using HRIS and ATS systems.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Recruitment & Payroll: Previous experience with recruitment processes and payroll processing is highly desirable
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with a professional and empathetic approach.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
• Resilience: Ability to work under pressure and remain flexible with occasional extended hours.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 2 years in an HR coordinator or administration role.
• Desirable Experience: Experience in warehouse or production environments, and prior exposure to payroll processing and OHS.
• Education: Relevant HR qualifications or equivalent experience.
