The Role:
 
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for a fast-paced, customer-focused role with a variety of tasks, including:

• Managing and expanding an established sales territory – South Western Sydney
• Developing and maintaining a call plan for your territory
• Driving new business development and acquiring new customers
• Building and nurturing long-lasting, positive customer relationships
• Achieving KPIs and sales targets
• Regularly visiting customers and ensuring a consistent sales cycle
• Introducing and promoting new company products within your region

The Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the building & hardware industry
• Proven experience in product sales 
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Proactive approach to new business development
• Strong sales presence and confidence in selling
• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• A team player committed to personal and company growth
• Attention to detail with a strong focus on administrative responsibilities
