This iconic brand, recognized across Australia for its industry expertise, is seeking a motivated and proactive Account Manager to join their Queensland team, covering the Sunshine Coast to North Brisbane territory.
 
About the Role
 
As a key member of the team, reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving customer relationships and sales across your designated territory. Your role will be dynamic and customer-focused, with the following key responsibilities:

• Maintain and grow your territory, strengthening relationships with current and potential customers
• Manage and evolve your call plan, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up with clients
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, delivering exceptional service and support
• Track and report on sales activities, including competitor insights, customer opportunities, and market trends
• Manage CRM system to maintain accurate customer details, sales activity, and reporting
• Attend industry events and promotions, representing the brand and fostering customer connections
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports to ensure alignment with business objectives

About You
 
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within product based industry
• A solid understanding of technical product sales
• Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach
• A proactive attitude toward business development and achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• A team-oriented mindset, committed to contributing to both your and the company's success
• A keen attention to detail, particularly with administrative and reporting duties
