Opportunity to join a reputable Australian business with over 50 years of success in their industry. Specialising in high-quality products and expert services, they are seeking a personable and dedicated Customer Service & Internal Sales professional to become part and join their branch team based near Boronia. This is a full-time, permanent position, frontline role supporting showroom customers, counter sales, and phone-based enquiries while ensuring outstanding service and smooth daily operations
 
About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for supporting branch activity through efficient processing of customer enquiries, orders, and sales support. You'll play a vital part in ensuring customers receive prompt, professional, and friendly service—both in person and over the phone.

• Manage inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone and email
• Process customer orders, invoicing, quotes, and stock requests
• Assist customers with counter and showroom sales and product enquiries
• Follow up back orders, stock availability, and customer requests
• Prepare credits, returns, and related documentation
• Work closely with Sales and Account Managers to meet customer needs
• Maintain a professional and welcoming branch environment
• Support general administrative duties including filing, banking, and mail
• Assist with stocktakes and other ad hoc branch requirements

Preferred Experience
The ideal candidate will bring:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a customer service-focused role
• A positive and proactive attitude with a strong team focus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A professional and friendly phone manner
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence working in a busy branch or retail/trade environment
• Experience with ERP systems
• A commitment to safety and WHS practices
