With recent business optimisation measures driving growth, they're now seeking a Rebates & Pricing Coordinator to join their Western Sydney Head Office team on initially a temporary basis. The Role
Reporting directly to the FP&A Manager you'll play a key role managing rebates administration and pricing processes for the business, supporting strategic decision-making and commercial outcomes.
 
Rebate Responsibilities:

• Handle the administration of Rebate records including renewals notifications, documentation capture & recording, report revisions & adjustments
• Assist in workflow design, testing, and implementation
• Produce and maintain reporting and analysis on customer profitability

Pricing Responsibilities

• Maintain and audit pricing files, structures, and lists
• Support workflow design, testing, and implementation
• Manage pricing queries, change requests, promotional setups, and special deals
• Partner with Marketing on pricing policies and identify margin deviations, proposing corrective actions

About You
You'll bring experience in high-volume, product-based businesses and thrive in a multinational environment. You are detail-oriented, analytical, and confident communicating insights to stakeholders.
 
What You'll Bring

• 2-3 years' experience in rebates, pricing, or similar commercial finance roles
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Collaborative approach and ability to work cross-functionally
