The role will leverage data to drive performance, influence strategic decisions, and help shape the future of a business that’s scaling fast. The Role
This newly created role reports to the Finance Head and plays a key part in optimising store-level and group-wide performance. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, Marketing and HR to turn financial and operational data into insights that support scalable growth. Key responsibilities will include:

• Budgets & Forecasts: Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts, incorporating scenario and sensitivity analysis
• Store & Product Performance: Analyse profitability by site, region, and product category to inform strategic and operational decisions
• Reporting & Insights: Develop dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI and Excel; produce weekly flash P&Ls, board reports, and leadership presentations
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with in-store and head office teams to support new initiatives, campaigns, and performance improvement strategies

Your Ideal Background

• CA/CPA qualification (or in progress) preferred
• Proven experience in commercial finance or financial analysis
• Experience in multi-site operations - Hospitality, Retail, QSR etc.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
• Strong financial modelling capability ideally including 3-way modelling
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
• Exceptional communication skills with a commercial mindset
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach suited to fast-moving environments
