My client is a leader in the Australasian logistics sector, with a growing account base & reputation as a business both clients and employees want to work with. Due to continuous growth & expansion they are looking to add a Logistics Administrator to the team based in Eagle Farm. You will work in a close-knit group that offers flexibility & support to it's staff..
 
The Role
In this role, you'll be responsible for reviewing import / export documentation and accurately transposing this information into a clearance job. A keen eye for detail & Excel operating skills are key characteristics for success in this role. Your main responsibilities will include: 

• Daily data entry of shipment commercial invoice and product information into CargoWise Operating System.
• Conversion of various electronic document formats into .xls format for data uploading
• Review documents to ensure commercial documentation (invoices, packing lists) match shipment document (Bill of Lading or Airway Bill)
• Assist Operations Team with clearance job registrations and accuracy of shipment information against received commercial documentation

Your Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role, ideally in imports/exports
• Strong Microsoft Office & Excel 
• Relationship-building skills and strong communication abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail, along with analytical and problem-solving capabilities
