Verint WFM & Analytics Consultant to support the end-to-end delivery and optimization of Verint solutions, including Workforce Management , Speech & Text Analytics, and Desktop Process Analytics . This role combines hands-on configuration expertise with consultative engagement, helping business units maximize the value of their Verint investments.
  
Key Responsibilities
Designing and implementing Verint WFM solutions, from initial requirement gathering and schedule creation through to go-live and post-deployment support. This includes running collaborative workshops with business units, training users, and refining schedules to meet operational goals.
In addition, you will configure and maintain Verint Speech & Text Analytics to uncover insights from customer interactions, while using Verint DPA to enable workflow automation and Pause/Resume capabilities. You’ll also provide go-live support and continuous improvement guidance across the platform.
Your broader role will include contributing to Verint integration strategies, staying current with product updates, and serving as a subject matter expert across multiple Verint modules.
  
It is fully remote working for a global consultancy company working EST time zone.
  
This will include WFO speech and text analytics, DPA, Quality management able to support onboarding and general questions and resolve go live issues. Be able to run Knowledge transfers to the operation teams and users if required.
  
Ideally candidate will be Verint Cloud Certified
