SailPoint Consultant Lead – Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
  
A Leading Global name in Information Technology Infrastructure require a SailPoint Consultant Lead to join their expanding team within Poland.
  
We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint Consultant Lead to join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) practice at a leading IT consultancy. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering enterprise-grade Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow and/or IdentityIQ.
  
As a Consultant Lead, you will work closely with clients to assess their identity and access requirements, architect scalable and secure solutions, and lead cross-functional teams through end-to-end implementation.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of SailPoint-based IGA solutions for enterprise clients
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess IAM requirements and align them with business goals
• Provide hands-on expertise in configuring SailPoint, including policies, roles, and certifications
• Integrate SailPoint with key enterprise systems (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems like Workday, SAP, Oracle; databases; cloud platforms)
• Guide technical teams in customizing solutions using Java, Beanshell, XML, REST APIs, and PowerShell
• Drive IAM strategy, roadmap development, and best practices adoption
• Communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
• Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction

  
Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), with a deep focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow
• Strong expertise in SailPoint configuration, role management, policy development, and access certification processes
• Experience with enterprise system integrations and identity lifecycle management
• Solid understanding of RBAC and ABAC models
• Proficiency in scripting and customization using Java, Beanshell, XML, REST APIs, and PowerShell
• Demonstrated leadership in project delivery and team management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience interfacing with C-level executives
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align IAM initiatives with broader business objectives

  
This is a fully remote role however successful applicants must be physically located in Poland.
