A Leading Global name in Information Technology Infrastructure require a Security Consultant Lead to join their expanding team within Poland.
  
We are seeking a highly experienced Security Consultant Lead specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a strong focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM) using CyberArk. As part of our cybersecurity practice at a leading IT consultancy, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, implementation, and governance of PAM solutions for enterprise clients.
This leadership role involves close collaboration with technical teams and executive stakeholders to strengthen security controls, reduce risk exposure, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, deployment, and operationalization of CyberArk PAM solutions across enterprise environments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current-state PAM maturity and define target-state architectures
• Implement and manage CyberArk components including EPV, PSM, CPM, PVWA, and AAM
• Design and enforce policies for privileged access control, session monitoring, credential management, and vaulting
• Integrate PAM solutions with on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Align implementations with industry frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, SOX, PCI-DSS)
• Provide strategic guidance to clients and internal teams on PAM best practices
• Lead and mentor technical teams, ensuring timely and secure solution delivery
• Communicate effectively with both technical staff and senior executives

  
Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IAM/PAM consulting, with deep expertise in CyberArk
• Proven experience working with key CyberArk modules (EPV, PSM, CPM, PVWA, AAM)
• Strong understanding of privileged access security controls and lifecycle management
• Experience integrating PAM tools with hybrid environments, including cloud and legacy systems
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to security challenges
• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and delivering complex security projects
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at the C-suite level
• Strategic mindset with the ability to tie technical solutions to broader business goals

  
Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Experience securing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and OT environments
• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python) for PAM automation and integrations
• Industry certifications such as CyberArk Defender, CyberArk Sentry, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent
