We are looking for a team player to join the highly motivated Business Solutions Team.

Do you have a passion for systems and making them work for users?
If you enjoy helping others get the most from systems and making sure everything works smoothly, this is the perfect role for you! You will be working with people across the business to ensure they understand and can fully utilise the systems to make their work easier and more efficient. Your support and training will be key to making sure everyone has the right tools and the knowledge they need to succeed.
In your role you will have an opportunity to:
- Help solve problems for our staff when they run into them, either by fixing the issue yourself or by getting the right people involved.
- Be the go-to-person for any issues with the designated system, offering support when something isn't working or needs updating.
- Make sure the information in the system stays accurate and secure.
- Help manage who can access the system and make sure everything is safe and secure.
- Show others how to use the system so they feel comfortable and confident.
- Create simple training guides to help others understand how to use the system.
- Help implement new system modules, software changes and developments as required.
What will you bring to the role?
- Minimum 4 years in a similar role, or with previous systems analysis or systems implementation experience.
- Exposure to administering and/or implementing digital platforms such as SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365.
- A functional knowledge of aged care software solutions.
- Clear communication skills, especially when explaining things simply to others.
- A friendly, helpful attitude and a proactive approach to solving problems.
- The ability to stay organised and manage multiple tasks.

Southern Cross Care Queensland (SCCQ) is a Catholic not-for-profit organisation established by the Knights of the Southern Cross, more than 40 years ago. They saw a need to provide compassionate care and inclusive service to some of the most vulnerable, the ageing population, in the community.
Since then, SCCQ has grown to employ over 1700 staff caring for and supporting more than 2000 people across 17 residential aged care homes, 8 retirement villages, 28 social houses, the National Disability and Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and home care services in metropolitan and regional Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.
