Southern Cross Care has an exciting opportunity for a practical, hands-on Business Solution Implementation Analyst to join our team based at our Support Centre, conveniently located in Upper Mt Gravatt.

We are looking for a Business Solutions Implementation Analyst to support the delivery of new and enhanced business systems by analysing current processes, shaping future workflows, configuring solutions, working with stakeholders and supporting a smooth transition into the business areas.

About the role

Working as the Business Solutions Implementation Analyst you will be:

• Analysing business processes to understand how teams work today and defining efficient future‑state workflows
• Translating business requirements into system configuration, ensuring solutions are aligned to operational needs
• Supporting project delivery by coordinating activities, working closely with stakeholders, and ensuring system readiness
• Enabling successful go‑lives through structured readiness and cutover support

What will you bring to the role? 

• • A tertiary level qualification in Business Systems or related discipline (preferred).
• Certification in Business Analysis or Project management or related discipline (desirable)
• At least 3 years’ experience in a Business Process and/or Systems analyst role.
• Experience in similar role within Aged Care, Disability or Health industry.
• Strength in business analysis and understanding how systems enable better processes
• Experience in the project delivery lifecycle
• A collaborative style that builds strong relationships with project teams and operational users.
• A practical, problem‑solving mindset and enthusiasm for helping shape meaningful change and improvements.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience guiding users through new system processes and supporting training activities.
