About the role In this role, you will work as part of a collaborative care team to provide
holistic, resident-centred nursing care that supports older people to live their best lives.
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work under the guidance of the Clinical Manager and Registered Nurses to deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality care to residents. You will assist with clinical practice procedures within your scope, medication management, care documentation, monitoring resident wellbeing, and implementing care plans and therapies.
You will also support residents’ independence, dignity and choice, while working closely with care staff, families, medical practitioners and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure excellence in personalised care. Most importantly, you will bring empathy, professionalism and a genuine commitment to aged care.
What will you bring to the role? - Current AHPRA Registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Experience in Aged Care.
- Demonstrated ability to provide resident-centred nursing care.
- Competence in clinical procedures within scope of practice.
- Experience in medication management and documentation.
- Ability to observe and report changes in residents’ conditions promptly.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Computer literacy, including email and basic documentation systems.
- Knowledge or experience in dementia care, psychosocial needs of older people, and aged care standards.
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (desirable).
