Southern Cross Care has an exciting opportunity for a friendly and efficient Client Services Coordinator to join our team at our new Wellness Centre located in Holland Park.
Working in this role, you will be providing high-quality administrative support to the Wellness Centre by managing bookings, assisting with enquiries,
processing payments, liaising with GP clinics and other external providers, and guiding clients through relevant funding options (e.g. Medicare, private health, Home Care Packages).

About the roleWorking in this role, as part of a small team, you will be the primary contact at SCCQ's new Wellness Centre's reception, ensuring every member receives a warm and personalised welcome.
Duties of the role will include:
- Reception duties.
- Invoicing, payments management and banking.
- Responding to enquiries and concerns in an appropriate manner.
- Assisting with social media and marketing.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders around appointments, bookings, and logistics.
- Providing operational support to ensure smooth daily operations & address any issues that arise promptly.
- Effectively delegating tasks & quality check work completed by others.
What will you bring to the role: - Minimum of 2 years of Experience working within the Fitness & Wellness Industry.
- Certificate III or IV in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field (desirable).
- Previous experience in a medical practice, allied health clinic, aged care, or wellness centre preferred.
- Familiarity with Medicare billing and health fund processes (desirable).
- Experience working in a busy /growing Multidisciplinary team environment.
- Service-based understanding on the value of activity engagement for older adults and the specific roles of allied health professionals in their care.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to apply a flexible, solutions-focused, and empathetic approach.
- Ability to work independently but also as part of a team.
