- Drive business development by identifying opportunities, leading bids and tenders, and securing new work to support growth and profitability.
- Build and manage strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Provide strategic input on market trends, pipeline opportunities, and growth initiatives to senior leadership.
- Lead, mentor and develop high-performing teams, ensuring effective resourcing and successful project delivery.
About you This role is a unique opportunity to help lead and grow an established property and buildings business unit.
To be successful, you will bring:
- Proven track record in a Senior Manager or Associate Director role within infrastructure advisory, engineering consultancy, construction, or corporate advisory environments.
- Demonstrated experience delivering and/or leading projects across the Living sector, ideally including accommodation, hotels, student housing, social housing or aged care assets.
- Strong business development capability, underpinned by a well-established industry network and a proven ability to identify, influence, and secure new opportunities.
- A confident and credible leader with experience building, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams and driving strong delivery outcomes.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, construction, project management, commerce or a related discipline, with strong strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement capability.
What’s in it for you As an Associate Director, you will be part of the leadership team, adding strategic value to both our business and our clients. In addition to this, we offer:

- Competitive salary package
- Supportive leadership team focused on development and progression
- Opportunity to work across diverse, multi-sector building and infrastructure projects
