Role Description
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery a major construction project, worth over $400m.

This is a complex, sophisticated Industrial project project, that will truly be career-defining.  This automated facility has a high level of functionality and technical requirements, which will keep you both challenged and engaged.

Currently in the construction phase and located in Melbourne, you’ll be responsible for:

• Engaging with contractors and consultants, overseeing the delivery of automation works.
• Managing the technical construction/delivery phase of the project.
• Contract management and site superintendency.
• Fostering relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports as required.
• Overseeing contract management, variations and claims.
  
  

Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role, you’ll need demonstrated experience delivering complex building projects.

You’ll also need:

• Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience with design and construction phases of complex building projects.
• A willingness to work with team members and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
• Qualifications in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
