Role Description
We’re looking for a Project Manager to oversee the delivery phase of a key Construction project.  The project is a Health facility worth over $350m.

Located in Sydney’s CBD, with fortnightly travel to Eurobodalla, you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing the construction phase of the project, including contract management, variations and claims.
• Overseeing FFE coordination and any re-design elements that might take place throughout construction.
• Engaging with contractors and consultants.
• Assisting with other Hospital or Healthcare projects at various stages.  Some may be in procurement, design or construction phases.
• Fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
  
  

Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role, you’ll need demonstrated experience as a Building Project Manager.  You might have Builder-side, Client-side or Consultancy experience. 

You’ll also need:

• The ability to operate in complex, challenging environments.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with busy stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience with GC21 construction contracts and the delivery phase of projects.
• A willingness to work with team members and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
• Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related discipline.
