The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Graduate Project Coordinator to support our project teams in delivering successful outcomes for clients. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to build practical experience in project management within a supportive consulting environment.
Based in our Townsville office, you’ll assist with day-to-day project coordination while working closely with Project Managers, clients and internal stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Supporting Project Managers with planning and day-to-day project tasks.
• Helping track progress, budgets and timeframes, and flagging any issues early.
• Assisting with client communication, including updates and responding to questions.
• Working closely with team members across the business to support project delivery.
• Following company processes and helping ensure projects meet required standards.
• Keeping project information organised and up to date.
• Learning to identify challenges and suggest improvements as you develop in the role.
About You
This role suits a motivated graduate who is eager to learn and develop a career in project management.You’ll bring:
• A degree, or studying towards a degree, in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
• An interest in construction and infrastructure projects.
