Role Description
We’re looking a Project Manager to assist with and oversee the delivery of a $500m project in Melbourne's Western suburbs.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Assisting with any redesign elements as required.
- Overseeing the construction/delivery phase of the project.
- Fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
- Overseeing contract management, variations and claims.
- Preparing reports, minutes and other administrative tasks on behalf of the client.
Candidate Profile To be successful in this role, you’ll need demonstrated experience working on large-scale, complex building projects.
You’ll also need:
- The ability to managing multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with busy clients.
- High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience with the delivery phase of projects.
- A willingness to work with team members and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
- Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related discipline.
