Role Description
Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Project Manager to support our Construction team across a range of projects including new builds, refurbishments and redevelopments.
Based in our Townsville office, this role offers exposure to multiple sectors and the opportunity to grow your capability as a well-rounded Project Manager.
Located in our Townsville office, you’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering small to medium construction projects within the region.
- Drafting reports, briefs and project documentation.
- Supporting scoping, tender and procurement activities.
- Assisting with consultant and contractor engagement.
- Supporting contract administration and construction delivery.
- Providing updates to stakeholders and building strong client relationships.
Candidate Profile
To be successful, you’ll bring strong organisational skills, a collaborative approach, and a willingness to learn. Exposure to project delivery and coordination within a consulting, property or buildings environment will be highly regarded, but most importantly you’ll have the drive to develop your career in Project Management.
You’ll also need: - Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or related discipline. Desired although not essential.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with busy stakeholders.
- An understanding of contracts administration and management.
- High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
- A willingness to work with team members and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
