Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and issuing client invoices
• Engage and collaborate with our project teams and senior leaders
• Liaising with project teams to ensure timesheet and utilisation accuracy
• Maintaining project financial records and assisting with reporting
• Maintain project financial records and support financial reporting
• Providing ad hoc administrative support to the Finance team as required

About You: 
To thrive in this role, you’ll be proactive, organised, and comfortable working across multiple deadlines. You’ll have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to prioritise, multi-task, and meet deadlines with accuracy
• Confidence with Excel and familiarity with accounting systems
• A customer-focused mindset and strong attention to detail
• Experience in a professional services, construction, or project-based business (preferred but not essential)
