This is your chance to step into a client-side Project Manager role where you’ll take ownership across the full project lifecycle- from design through to delivery - while working on some of Australia’s most exciting aviation projects.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our growing Aviation team. This role is perfect for a Junior Project Manager or Contract Administrator ready to step up, or an experienced PM looking to develop their project experience in the aviation sector.

Your day-to-day:

• Manage projects from design through to delivery
• Oversee design briefs, tender documents, and contractor/consultant engagement
• Lead contract administration with a focus on time, cost, and quality
• Coordinate the design and delivery of projects with complex staging, multiple stakeholders, and tight timeframes
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including councils and airport authorities
• Deliver programs of work on time, with clear reporting to clients

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience as a Project Manager, Junior/Assistant PM or Contract Administrator, in civil or construction projects
• Strong design management skills across concept and detailed phases
• Contract administration and project delivery experience
• Proven stakeholder engagement and approvals management
• A relevant qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or Architecture

You’ll stand out if you have:

• Aviation project experience (but not essential)
• Civil earthworks and in-ground services knowledge
