About this opportunity
In this role, you’ll be working with our infrastructure project team to support the successful delivery of major projects by managing project documentation, information systems and general administration work. You’ll play a key role in ensuring records are accurate, accessible, and compliant, supporting our client’s strategic vision for a connected and efficient transport network.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain, update, and control project documentation in line with company and client requirements.
• Manage document workflows, including reviews, approvals, revisions, and version control.
• Ensure compliance with document management standards, procedures, and governance processes.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and external stakeholders to ensure timely submission and retrieval of documents.
• Prepare and distribute reports, registers, and status updates to the project team and stakeholders.
• Support the setup and ongoing management of electronic document management systems (EDMS).
• Administration duties: Set up meeting rooms, take minutes, stationery and consumable ordering, diary management.

To excel in this role, you’ll bring:

• Recent experience in document control, records management, project administration, or a related role within construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy across large volumes of data.
• Familiarity with EDMS platforms (e.g. TeamBinder) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to build positive relationships across project teams and stakeholders.
