The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support a variety of exciting new builds, refurbishments, and redevelopments in NSW. Based in our Sydney CBD office, you’ll gain exposure across diverse sectors and all stages of the project lifecycle—an excellent career-building opportunity!

You’ll be involved in:

• Drafting reports, briefs and other documentation for Senior Project Managers.
• Assisting with scoping of works and tender processes.
• Assisting with consultant engagement and contractor appointment.
• Assisting with contract management and construction.
• Providing regular updates to stakeholders and building relationships with key clients.

What You Bring:

• Experience as a Contract Administrator or Junior/Assistant PM
• Great communication, attention to detail, and a can-do mindset
• Qualifications in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Architecture or similar
