RP Infrastructure (RPI) is a leading client-side project management and advisory consultancy. Following our successful merger with Ranbury in 2023, we’re continuing to grow across the Eastern Seaboard. Our Queensland Building team specialises in delivering commercial, industrial, and capital works projects for both public and private sector clients.

The Role
We’re seeking a Project Manager with strong construction (build) experience to join our Brisbane-based team. You’ll lead the delivery of high-profile projects across sectors such as commercial, industrial, housing, precincts, and aged care.

As a client side project manager key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Delivering projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
• Managing scopes of work, contractors, and consultants.
• Overseeing contracts, variations, and claims.
• Client engagement and reporting.

A little about your experience; 

• Previous client-side Project Management experience, or a background in construction delivery.
• Experience across build projects (e.g. commercial, industrial, aged care, sports & recreation).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Qualifications in Project Management, Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or similar.
• Detail-focused, collaborative, and outcome-driven.
