Role Description
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple civil airside and/or building projects at various stages.

Located in our Melbourne Airport office, you’ll be responsible for:

• Overseeing scopes of works with clients.
• Managing the tender and procurement process.
• Engaging with contractors and consultants.
• Managing the construction/delivery of projects.
• Fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
• Overseeing contract management, variations and claims.

Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role, you’ll need demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, delivering Civil Airside projects.

You’ll also need:

• Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with busy stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
• A willingness to work with team members and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
• Client-Side/Consultancy Project Management experience in the Construction industry would be highly advantageous.
• Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related discipline.
