As we continue to grow across Australia, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Brisbane office.

The Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Aviation team.  The role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, the ability to manage a project from the design to the delivery phase, and a proven track record of delivering projects within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with design briefs, construction requirements, compiling tender documents and scoping of works.
• Oversee and coordinate design management, across concept and detailed design phases.
• Manage contractor and consultant engagement.
• Contract administration, ensuring time, cost, and quality control.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Deliver infrastructure programs and capital projects efficiently.
• Provide regular reporting and briefings to clients as required.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be proactive, and have demonstrated experience in civil infrastructure projects, preferably aviation or in an operational environment, along with strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Projects management experience across civil infrastructure projects.
• Civil experience in all stages of project lifecycle, across a wide variety of project types, including civil, buildings and utilities.
• Experience managing all stages of the project lifecycle, including earthworks, drainage, and in-ground services.
• Strong design management experience, overseeing consultants from concept to detailed design.
• Project delivery experience and Contract Administration experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate approvals with various stakeholders such as councils.
• A relevant Project Management qualification (e.g., Diploma in Project Management).

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Aviation project experience (preferred but not essential).
• RPEQ Civil accreditation (beneficial but not essential).
